Manage jobs

The Manage Jobs area gives you one place to view, update and monitor every role connected to your urfuture account.

 1. Open Manage Jobs
  1. Sign in to ur urfuture account.
  2. Select Manage Jobs.

You will see a list of your roles, including their current status, applicant numbers and key matching data.

2. Find a job

Use the search bar to find a role by job title or reference.

You can also filter jobs by status, such as:

  • Draft
  • Live
  • Closed
3. Review the jobs list

Each job displays key information to help you understand its performance, including:

  • Job title
  • Current status
  • Number of applicants
  • Average match score
  • Number of high-match candidates
  • Closing date
  • Available actions

The platform is designed to show more than application volume. It helps you monitor candidate quality, behavioural alignment and performance.

4. Open a job

Select the job title or choose View from the actions menu.

The job overview will show information such as:

  • Total applicants
  • Average match score
  • High-match candidates
  • Accepted candidates
  • Rejected candidates
  • Candidate and diversity insights
  • Time saved by Ruby AI

Applications are presented using structured profile and behavioural matching data rather than relying only on CV keywords.

5. View applicants

Select a job.

You can:

  1. Review candidates matched to the role.
  2. Open an individual candidate profile.
  3. Review their working traits and structured profile information.
  4. Update their urfuture status.

The core statuses used within urfuture are:

  • Applied
  • Accepted
  • Rejected

Where Signal and an ATS integration are enabled, candidates can also be progressed into the employer’s ATS.

6. Edit a job
  1. Return to Manage Posts.
  2. Find the relevant role.
  3. Select the three-dot menu beside the job.
  4. Select Edit Job.
  5. Update the required information.
  6. Review the changes.
  7. Save.

Check any changes to the location, closing date, requirements or role persona carefully, as these can affect candidate matching.

7. Duplicate a job

Duplicating a role is useful when recruiting for a similar position or relaunching a previous campaign.

  1. Open the job’s three-dot menu.
  2. Select Duplicate.
  3. Go to Drafts.
  4. Review the copied job information.
  5. Update the title, location, dates and role requirements.
  6. Review the behavioural persona.
  7. Save the role as a draft or publish it.
8. Close a live job
  1. Find the live role in Manage Jobs.
  2. Open the three-dot menu.
  3. Select Move to closed.
  4. Confirm that you want to close the role.

Closing a role removes it from active applications while keeping its applicant and reporting data available.

Before closing it, check whether any candidates still require a decision.

9. Delete a draft

Only roles that have not been published should be deleted.

  1. Find the draft role.
  2. Open the three-dot menu.
  3. Select Delete Draft.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Deleting a draft is permanent. A live or completed job should be closed rather than deleted.

10. Download a job report
  1. Open the job’s three-dot menu.
  2. Select Download Report.
  3. Choose the available report or export option.

Reports include application volumes, candidate outcomes, match data and insights.
